I spend hours tending to my garden on a daily basis – watering, weeding, harvesting, sowing, fertilizing, nurturing, ever-changing their positions, planting companion flowers or garlic, and simply expressing greeting to them making certain the sun isn’t too harsh throughout the day. That’s my therapy for the day – my approach of forgetting life’s thorns for the instant. My heart sinks after they are laid low with pests, the leaves flip yellow, those white granular bugs take over the stem, or after I realize lots of ants around the plant I do know danger is lurking around the corner. At the same time, my joy is aware of no bounds when I hold three okras, or four cherry tomatoes in my palm each morning carting them rigorously right down to the kitchen.
There is an incredible quantity of effort that goes into growing a healthy garden. thus after I see another healthy garden, it makes my day. I even have had an enormous crush on this garden ever since I saw it many days back. Appearing effortlessly clean and healthy, doesn’t it? It seems like the proper mixture of fuchsia, electric blue, and greens.
Everything seems to be wherever they honestly belong, nothing out of place. From one gardener to a different, Aparna – I really appreciate the thought and care that has gone behind in making this haven.
This can be an inspiration for me to make an area where one can unwind and not simply grow vegetables.
